We currently have a summer athletics program taking place at Messalonskee High School. This program focuses on conditioning and individual skills. As the summer moves on, if conditions remain the same in our area, we are allowed to start expanding the scope of what athletes can do with teammates. There are no games allowed at this point.
Maine Sports Medicine and / or our district nursing staff are present at the start of every practice.
The fall season has been delayed to September 8th for tryouts, with games starting 10 days later. This is subject to change, but it gives us a starting point to start planning.
We have not made decisions regarding middle school athletics yet, but if allowed they would not
start prior to September 8 .
