How can I connect online with my teachers?
Google Meet is enabled for all staff and students. Only teachers can create meetings at this time. Reach out to your teacher(s) to schedule a time to meet.
I’m having trouble with my computer. What should I do?
The first recommendation whenever you have computer issues is to reboot. Daily rebooting helps your computer optimize its performance and minimizes possible issues. If rebooting does not work there may be a hardware issue.
To schedule a time to have our tech team troubleshoot your computer or if you’re having trouble with an application, open a support case by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call 207-680-2700 and leave a message (Students and Parents only).
How can I add my printer at home?
- Click on the Apple symbol on the top, left-hand corner. Then, click System Preferences.
- Click on the Printers & Scanners icon.
- Click the plus “+” sign to add the printer.
- A new window will open.
- Add the printer to your computer and it should appear in your printers list once configured.
I’m having trouble opening PDF documents. What should I do?
Google Chrome has a built in PDF reader and the Preview app on Mac will also work.
